I don't think HIV could enter your blood stream in that scenario. As for other STDs, Herpes,even without a mouth eruption, can be transmitted by kissing. You'd have to touch a syphilitic sore to worry about syphilis. In my opinion, chlamydia&gonorrhea aren't likely here either.
