The Snellen chart gives a specific description of vision power if read from a set distance. 20/200 is the power of the largest letter at 20 feet. You did not cite the conditions of your view of this chart, which matters. Any distortion of your cornea by current "dry eye" edema or inflammation invalidates the test for acuity determination.
