While Breast feeding, it is better to eat Food that are high in Energy like Yam, Plantain, Rice, Cassava, Matoke- take Prenatal Vitamins, eat plenty of Protein -Animal & Plant like, Chicken/cattle/Goat/ wild games/ Beans... And natural oils like Olive & Palm Oil and melon seed oil. Plenty of Fruits-pawpaw/banana/mango/oranges...Let the Body guide you by eating what you crave.
