Generally the distribution of fat (adipose tissue) is related to inherited genes and life style. As a caveat I want to mention that people often feel disappointed with their appearance after seeing western movies. Be cautious of this. However, judicious eating of a balanced diet and exercising regularly can do wonders in achieving the goal of a trim looking healthy body. Chubby can be pretty too!
