Can ureaplasma parvum cause infertility in women? if i (male) tested positive for ureaplasma parvum in a comprehensive sti screening, but have no symptoms, do i need to tell past partners to get tested and possibly treated?

U. parvum causes no known diseases, symptoms, or health problems -- including female infertility. It is entirely normal in the genital tract and does not need treatment. There is no need to tell past or current sex partners.
