I am concerned about my grandbaby and she is not getting enough breast milk and she is not pooping daily?

Breast fed babies can poop a smear every feed or just one cradle filler every week. Pooping doesn't define "enough". If the kid is peeing every 6 hrs or more/is alert at times feeding well & filling out, they are fine. The mom can discuss this with the babies doc if she feels like it.
