35 weeks & 3 days experiencing intense itching on hands and feet at night. asked dr to be tested for cholestasis and wondering it the test results more accurate doing a fasting or non-fasting test for such? thank you?

Fasting or non-fasting will not effect these tests. Cholestasis itching tends to be generalized. Only your hands and feet being affected is more suggestive of some sort of environmental exposure.
