It is better to vary your diet and not eat the same thing every day. Having said that, it is not unsafe to eat chicken every day, regardless of how it is cooked. But, a varied diet will supply the nutrients needed to be healthy so it is better to eat a variety of foods instead of the same thing every day. Good luck!

As long as it is cooked properly, chicken will probably not harm you, but a varied diet is better than eating the same thing all the time. Try to get a diet high in fiber and drink plenty of fluids. Good luck.
