No, I would not recommend taking any more Dulcolax in this setting. If you feel that you need to have a bowel movement and are unable, and the Dulcolax does not help, try adding in extra fiber to your diet and drink plenty of liquids. If this is a long-term problem, speak to your doctor or a Gastroenterologist. good luck.
