I have custom orthotics from a physical therapist for 45 days w/great success until today, a spot on top of my arch began hurting. feels like a bone ?

Arch pain: The midfoot consist of 4 joints. Anyone of them could me effected if the orthotics are not properly supporting your foot. You should have your podiatrist exam your foot. You should have an x-ray to evaluate you bone structure.
