My daughter has been having headaches since 4 years almost every day, front forhead and top whole, been to many drs had her mri all clear, 3 dr put her on antideps, consulted psychiatrist he put her on escitalopram since a year, nothing works?

She should be seen by a neurologist or a headache specialist. This could be a migraine variant that will respond to migraine medications. If it is a stress headache, treating each headache with acetaminophen or ibuprofen and finding out what is causing her stress would be helpful. So, see a headache specialist or neurologist.
