Blood or no blood with the condom on, your risk would be the same. It is the sexual act that is the risk in general with a partner of unknown status.

There are high chances you will be OK in this scenario as the condom will help avoiding getting it- but not 100%. But you can ask the person of his status and avoid casual sex in the future.
