My 5yo girl has smelly vag. discharge. persistent despite vag. culture and antibiotics for 10 days, 2 different kinds. (20 days total). no sexual abuse. imaging says no object in vag. what could this be??

A common cause of recurrent discharge is "Bubble bath" or bath soap entry into the vagina when a kid that age takes a bath. When they cross their legs the vagina can open and soapy water enter. Failure to remove it all can trigger such problems. I start these kids on tub showers and stop their sitting in bathwater. It can help those affected if this is the problem.
