Hi, i have done 2 seperate fob tests. first 3 one was positive. next 3 all negative. i have hemorrhoids which bled after first poo and positive test was second poo of day. likely to be just hemorrhoids and nothing serious? no other symptoms. 42 male?

There is no way you can know for sure if the blood was from the hemorrhoids or some other cause. You should see a GI doctor and get a colonoscopy done to be certain there is a benign etiology. Best of luck to you!

There is no way to know what the cause of the first positive stool tests is without checking the colon. Because of this, it is important to not assume that it is just hemorrhoids and evaluate the colon to determine if there is any thing else that could have caused the blood in the stool. You should see a gastroenterologist ASAP. Do not delay. Good luck.
