My period was 5 days late, i noticed i had bleeding this morning but normally i have a heavy flow no matter how far into my period i am, but i haven't even filled a pad today and it only bright red blood when i wipe, is it possible i'm pregnant?

The only way to know for sure is to do a home pregnancy test. Since the period was late and it is significantly lighter than normal, you should do a home pregnancy test to be certain. Use the first morning urine since this is the most concentrated. If the result is uncertain, you can repeat the test in a few days or see your doctor. Good luck!
