I took sudafed with ibuprofen this morning before my doctor told me i need prednisone , can i take prednisone later on tonight? or should i wait until tomorrow morning worried about a reaction between the two?

Neither of the drugs you took earlier will alter the effect of or interfere with the prednisone. Take it as prescribed. If you feel the others add something to the treatment you can take them all concurrently.
