First, you need to find out what the pain you describe is from. It could be due to a bladder infection-are you urinating more than usual? Does the urine burn? Do you have fever or chills? Any back pain? Do you feel the urge to urinate often? Any blood in the urine? If you have other signs/symptoms of a bladder infection, you likely need antibiotics so call your doctor for evaluation.
