Required to fast before the elisa lab test to avoid any biotin interference? odd, as 0.25mg is fairly close to daily intake after 6 hours of dose. im confident in my results, is a retest really needed? this comes after exposure of 7 years and 9 week?

Fasting makes no difference in HIV test reliability or interpretation, probably regardless of biotin intake.
