Had a headache but gone, now i have a sore throat that wont go away. i have this needle sensation in my foot that only appears if i walk on it or squeeze my foot. what is going on? what are these signs of?

Depending on how long this has been going on, you probably have (or had) a minor upper respiratory infection or allergy. The foot symptoms probably are an entirely separate problem.
