I took a pregnancy test in home and it become positive. i have vagina itching in the morning and spotting for one day. i also have vaginal discharge and sometimes i have stomach pain, but not severe. i have pcos , so is this a false pregnancy ?

If the pregnancy test was positive, it is not likely that it is a false positive. Especially because of your other symptoms, you should see your obstetrician to verify that. Good luck.
