I started taking bactrim at 8pm tuesday and took an hiv, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia test at 4 pm on wednesday. my tests just came back negative, could bactrim have affected the results?

Bactrim is entirely ineffective against syphilis and cannot affect that result, no matter how much of the drug or how long you take it. It might or might not cure gonorrhea or chlamydia, but not that quickly. Your test results are completely reliable.
