Every once in a while, my son complains of a fleeting pain in his testicles. it doesn't last for longer than a few seconds but he has complained of nausea when it's happened. it occurs every few months or so, i'm not sure if it's normal?

Testicular pain can be a concerning symptom, especially in young boys. According to the Encyclopedia of Men's Health, testicular pain can be caused by a variety of factors, including injury, infection, and torsion (twisting) of the testicle. Testicular torsion is a medical emergency and requires immediate attention to prevent permanent damage to the testicle. It is not normal get examined.
