This is an unlikely scenario for HIV transmission. Unless you had a large wound or cuts on your hands/fingers the likelihood of transmission is very low. Either way, it is a good idea to practice safe sexual practices and do a full sexually transmitted disease panel which would include HIV if you are sexually active with multiple partners.
