Chest pain ? Serious: Any chest pain should be paid attention to. Cardiac pain in men usually includes some nausea, sweatiness, and numb or tingling feelings into your neck, teeth or left arm. But, if the pain continues or worsens it is wise to get to the doctor or er.

Get seen! : Any chest pain, especially if it is not expected or ordinary (like after you bump your chest or something), needs to be evaluated right away. There could be a number of things wrong. Don't delay.
