What makes a man?: I appreciate your question. It may be hard to get advice in this shortened form. But, yes, there is a full range of men's health testing that can be done and even genetic testing if there is anything surprising.

Not really!: Genetics play a factor in both body hair and voice pitch! these are potential signs, but you should have both total and free testosterone levels checked. Only then, if your levels are low, should you be placed on testosterone!
