The suppliments i am planning to take are called animal stak just wanted to make sure they are ok?

Be careful: I had one patient who was a bodybuilder. He was taking something similar called animal pak. He came to me for gynecomastia, which is a female-like breast tissue development in men. I checked his hormones and testosterone levels were off the chart high. I don't think testosterone booster type of bodybuilding supplements are safe.
