I have what looks to be a mole on my inner thigh that just appeared a couple weeks ago. i thought it was a zit as its in a place that is hard to see, but was able to take a photo and it is not a zit. it is very painful?

Moles are not painful unless they are in an area of inflammation which would be reddened, feel like it's burning & may be tender. If it's a boil,it would be swollen. Could this have been a spider bite although it would be unlikely to still be very painful after 2 weeks? A physician or dermatologist will have to inspect this lesion&advise you.
