You have nongonococcal urethritis, which is an STD. You should have also been tested for chlamydia, but half of all NGU has no known cause. You should be treated with doxycycline. Your sex partner(s) also need to be treated. If your doctor or clinic isn't following these standard recommendations, consider finding an STD expert. Good luck.
