From my last menses, i am 7 weeks pregnant. i had implantation spotting (that lasted for few hours) a week before i tested positive.just 2 days ago, i went for ultrasound in a nearby clinic,but the gestation sac wasn't visible. should i be worried?

Did you have a blood test for confirming pregnancy? If no, you need that blood test. If the blood test is positive, you need to have the vaginal ultrasound redone next week and if the gestation sac is still not visualized, extrauterine pregnancy has to be ruled out. Good luck.
