Lost my twins last july after 2 weeks of birth and now i keep blacking out at the end of each month, why?

Even getting pregnant at all is very unusual at 53 years old and carrying a twin gestation to term would be a long shot. But, if you did they would likely be healthy babies and not prone to sudden non-accidental death at two weeks. So perhaps you are describing an extremely premature delivery. Your blackouts are probably not related but nevertheless could represent a serious problem. See a doctor.
