Your imagined scenario is all wrong. Ejaculate can be seldom held back at climax and it does not flow back into the scrotum. If you have a problem in the area pl see a Urologist.

Testicles (scrotum) become inflamed (Red) and itchy (seems like the just skin) after ejaculation. Discomfort lasts several hours. No discharge or painful urination or any other obvious abnormalities. What could be causing this ?
I see sporadic light pink color in my semen. There one day, gone after 2-3 days then back only less so. No pain during ejaculation, no urination pain, no swelling or tender testicles. I feel great and exercise regularly. Should I be worried?
