At what point should a moralle lavelle lesion/trauma seroma be drained or removed? ive had one for about 8 weeks that measures 18.8 cm x 7.7 cm x 12.2 cm. the skin is taut, discolored, and rigid?

A Morale Lavelle lesion/trauma seroma is a collection of fluid that forms under the skin after an injury or surgery. In general, small seromas will resolve on their own without intervention. However, larger seromas like yours may require drainage or removal.
