With two potential fathers so close together there is only one way to establish paternity that will stand up in court. The NIPPS test can identify fetal DNA in mothers blood as early as 8 weeks. This can be compared to the potential father to answer this question. Sperm are leaking from any erect penis continuously, not just at the end. Both could be the father.

Cant predict accurately due to many things involved in causing pregnancy, There might be a higher chance with the first. Best and surest is to find out by genetic testing
