The pills are hormone preparations that distrupts other things apart from pregnancy, like increased chance of clotting. You have a choice of other contraceptives like IUD or your male partner to do the contraception. You may also combine acne topical prevention practices like topical wash and creams to limit break outs with less comedogenic makeup.
