Warn fluids?: Good evening, how do we know that cold " is going to come soon"? Cold is a viral infection of the lining of the nose and respiratory system. In allergy immune system of the lining makes mucus and tries to sneeze the allergens away. In cold, the same system creates mucus containing stuff to fight the virus. Cold virus being sensitive to heat, warm liquids and steam inhalation may help to get bette.
