So your skull was opened, possibly to relieve a bleed, and you are asking if you can go on rides, that means jerky activities, one wonders if there is a death wish. However, putting cryptic comments to the side, I suggest asking you doctor personally if those activities are safe for you.

Would assume you are asking about Amusement Park Rides such as a roller coaster. The rapid jerks and twists might create significant risks if your post-operative status is unstable. Although your neurosurgeon is the best source of approval, would not engage in risky activity until officially cleared. An updated head injury could be a disaster.
