Have severe back pain, along with other fm pain, for some reason i've not responded to usual drugs added with tramadol, r there less known ones to try?

Need evaluation: There are lots of reasons why you may have back pain. Things related to your spine, vascular system, GI system, gu system, rheumatologic issues (like fm), etc. You need to ensure all these systems are ruled out as pain generators, and there are no occult issues like tumor, infection etc. That can also cause severe back pain. Pain medications use is not advised as a long-term solution.
