I assume your loss of appetite is not because of frequent nausea. Avoid weight loss for a healthy pregnancy & strive for the weight goal your OB recommends. Eat smaller feedings & snacks multiple times throughout the day. Drink things high in protein. Consult a dietician at your local hospital for more guidance.
