Is the Heart hurting in Pain, Sadness, Anxiety or with Breathing In - and - Out? Best to see the PCP or Urgent Care to 'know the type of hurting' so the most appropriate management can be applied for young 21year old. Please see PCP soonest.

At your age there are limited conditions affecting the heart that can cause pain, allowing your doc to weigh in will be best in getting relief as establishing a firm diagnosis would be the first step in having a good plan going forward.
