It would be helpful to have a gastric emptying study done to determine if you have gastroparesis. Gastroparesis is when there is weakening of the stomach so that food does not pass readily into the intestine. Diabetes can cause this as can certain medications. There are treatments for this once diagnosed. So, discuss getting this test done with your doctor. You may need a GI doctor to help.
