Do fluid from runny nose/ flu contains hepatitis b virus as other body fluid from body. i have a flu/ runny nose that somehow contaminates my hands with nose fluid, if i touch things or people, can people near me be infected?

If you have hepatitis B or C, or HIV, your nasal fluids might be risky if somehow they were injected into someone or if you had sex with them, but not from the kinds of contact you describe. Do you have reason to believe you have any of these infections? If not, of course there is no risk even with intimate exposure or sex. If uncertain and/or at risk, get tested.
