A member asked:

I have nausea, stomach rumbling, while taking medication, pain began in the right side and i stopped taking it. i passed an analysis for dysbacteriosis, it showed aspergillus 10, cocci 70%, coli 14 million, the rest is normal, what should i do?

You did not indicate the site from where the sample was taken. The symptoms are not specific to make a diagnosis and the specimen report does not mean disease. However if you understand the concept of dysbacteriosis, you would make attempts by your nutrition to modulate the gut flora by avoiding the types of diet that predispose to dysbacteriosis and repopulate your gut with healthy bacteria.
