If the foreskin is not reddened,swollen or very itchy and the glans ( tip) of the penis looks normal, at this time I can't think there's any pathology going on. Keep an eye on it to detect subsequent changes though.

Might be due to irritation from something. Clean with soap and water and use cortisone cream for a few days
