A cool compress should help reduce the pain as needed. Monitor the site for signs of drainage/ pus. If you keep the area clean the area may self heal. There are simple surgical procedures that can re-size "elephant ear" labia to tuck up inside more, This should be done by a qualified gynecologist or plastic surgeon.
