Rinse well: with lots of cool water. Instructions with Nair are clear not to use on this area of the body. Consider NSAID or tylenol (acetaminophen). Take care.

Clean and watch: I would recommend thorough cleaning followed by mild topical steroid cream and possible use of efface but this needs to be prescribed. http://www.bodysculptor.com/genital-rejuvenation/labiaplasty/
