No. You can be immune to infecting organisms but not cancer. Cancer is caused by the action of foreign agents that adversely irritate our tissues and produce a reaction which continues after the cause if removed. You can have a predisposition or weakness that makes it more likely that you develop certain types of cancer. Go and see a good doctor and put your mind at rest.
