It only means what it says -- slight cloudiness in your lungs by Xray (or maybe CT scan or MRI?). It's likely nothing is wrong, but interpretation depends on symptoms you may have and perhaps other lab tests. Results of imaging, complex lab tests, etc are worded for health professionals, not the patient. Best to look mostly at the concluding statement; and discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
