Im type 2 diabetes.how many cups of caffeinated coffee can i drink a day .is it okay to drink caffeinated coffee 3 times a day ?

Caffeine is not contraindicated when you have diabetes mellitus if you do not add pure sugar to the drink. In most people which include diabetics if your coffee is not strong, three cups a day without added pure sugar should not be a problem. Take care.
