A member asked:

Is it possible to have extra loose skin with restrictive/anorexic eating patterns and if so would the weight threshold prevent someone for treatment until the skins removed?

It really depends on what the weight was to begin with when determining whether or not weight loss will result in loose skin. It is not a healthy way to diet-anorexic eating pattern. Loose skin will occur if weight loss occurs in someone who is significantly overweight. If weight loss is needed, see your doctor and perhaps a nutritionist to determine the best diet to follow for healthy weight loss
