I have been taking prednisone 20mg for 5 days and now 10mg for 3 days. i will be getting off of them in 3 days. i am having leg twitches, fatigue and lowered feelings. is this common and should i be concerned. will it go away?

Prednisone can cause many side effects. You do not say why you are taking it. But, these side effects will likely go away as you lower the dose and then stop it. If the side effects are really bothering you, call your doctor to discuss. If the prednisone is really helping your condition, you will need to decide with your doctor if the side effects can be tolerated for the benefit experienced.
